In other wise he is saying Lord will depart this affiliation and cursing through good. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.(Rom 8:28) David is saying like this the Lord will repay me with good for his cursing this day. Believe that our Lord Jesus Christ will do good to you. Sometimes like David you may also passing through affiliation or people around you may plan to put shame on you. When David was affiliated and put to shame he said that the Lord will repay me with good for his cursing this day. David said let him curse, because the Lord has said to him, ‘Curse David.’ Who then shall say, ‘Why have you done so?’” The Lord told him to curse so leave him alone and let him do it.
When David and his officials escapes from the hand of Absalom then came to the place named Bahurim, one of Saul’s relatives, Shimei son of Gera, came out to meet him, cursing him and started throwing stones at David and his officials.
